Poland – Passenger cars – Supply of passenger cars in a marked police version with electric drive

Opportunity description

1) The subject matter of the contract is the supply of a maximum of 10 marked police vehicles with category M1 bodywork and electric drive. The working designation of the car is adopted as “Vehicle”. 2) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract – all requirements for the vehicles ordered are contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Technical Specification). 3) The Contractor shall deliver the vehicles to the Contracting Authority’s warehouse in Kraków, ul. Mogilska 109. Transport costs shall be borne by the Contractor. 4) The Contractor is obliged to provide a warranty for each vehicle delivered in accordance with the data contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Technical Specification), but not shorter than the manufacturer’s warranty. 5) Requirements related to warranty repairs and servicing have been described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Technical Specification). 6) For each vehicle handed over, the Contractor must attach (drawn up in Polish) the documents specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Technical Specification – point V.1.3). 7) The Contracting Authority permits solutions equivalent to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems described in the procurement documentation, in accordance with Article 101(4) of the Public Procurement Law.
