Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the sale of motor fuels in the form of diesel fuel in an estimated quantity of 200,000 litres and unleaded petrol in an estimated quantity of 2,500 litres for vehicles used by the Contracting Authority (task No. 1), as well as the sale, transport and delivery to the Contracting Authority of diesel fuel for power generators included in the Contracting Authority's equipment in an estimated quantity of 6,800 litres (task No. 2) (hereinafter referred to as fuels), in accordance with the List of vehicles/Power generators constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft contractual provisions constituting Appendix No. 4 to this SWZ. 2. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract: Task No. 1 – Supplies of diesel fuel and unleaded petrol Task No. 2 – Supplies of diesel fuel for power generators The Contractor may submit a tender for one or two lots. During the examination and evaluation of tenders, the Contracting Authority will consider each task separately. The Contracting Authority informs that, in these proceedings conducted under the open tender procedure, it envisages the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law. When applying the aforementioned procedure, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders and then carry out the qualitative selection of the Contractor whose tender received the highest evaluation with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings. The subject matter of the contract is the sale, transport and delivery to the Contracting Authority of diesel fuel for power generators included in the Contracting Authority's equipment in an estimated quantity of 6,800 litres (task No. 2) (hereinafter referred to as fuels), in accordance with the List of vehicles/Power generators constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft contractual provisions constituting Appendix No. 4 to this SWZ.
