1. The subject matter of the contract is the successive supply by the Contractor, using its own transport (at the Contractor’s cost and risk), of liquid fuels in the form of diesel fuel for the Contracting Authority, to a tank forming part of a fuel terminal, together with the placement by the Contractor of the fuel terminal in question at the Contracting Authority’s place of business—plot No. 3/48, created as a result of the geodetic subdivision of plot No. 3/32, located in Kłodzko at 1 Dusznicka Street. 2. The diesel fuel must meet the classification based on PN-EN 590. 3. The estimated quantity of diesel fuel is 408 m³ over 24 months. 4. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor’s station to be located within 2 km of the Contracting Authority’s registered office, which the Contracting Authority will be able to use in the event of a terminal failure lasting longer than 12 hours. 5. The fuels should meet the conditions specified by the current standards: PN-EN 590, PN-EN 228, and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on current quality requirements for liquid fuels. The parameters specified in the indicated legal act are the minimum parameters that the liquid fuels offered must meet. 6. As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide accompanying services (e.g. transport, insurance for the duration of transport, loading, unloading, etc.) necessary for the proper performance of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to include in the tender price all activities and work related to the assembly, placement, and installation of the fuel terminal offered by the Contractor that are necessary for the proper and intended functioning of the subject matter of the contract Procedure: open.
