Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of petroleum and chemical products in accordance with the quality requirements specified by the Contracting Authority and set out in the “Description of the subject matter of the contract” constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, and in accordance with the schedule specified in Chapter IV(2) of the SWZ, whereby the quantities included under the option in the table in Chapter IV(2) of the SWZ, in the “Quantity under the option” column, may be used after the basic quantities included in the table in Chapter IV(2) of the SWZ, in the “Basic quantity” column, have been fulfilled, should the Contracting Authority have needs in this regard. The Contracting Authority shall inform the Contractor (in writing or by e-mail or fax) of its intention to exercise the option right, specifying the quantity of the subject matter of the contract ordered and its place of delivery, within the time limit specified in the “Draft contractual provisions” constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority described the subject matter of the contract by reference to standards. The Contracting Authority therefore indicates that it permits solutions equivalent to the standards described. 3. The products may not be in the testing phase. 4. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate, in column No. 3 of the table in the “Tender Form” constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, the full trade name and the name of the manufacturer of the offered subject matter of the contract. 5. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority also requires the type of packaging (e.g. can, drum, bottle, canister) and the packaging size of the offered subject matter of the contract to be indicated below the tender form table. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of API GL-5, SAE 80W/90 automotive gear oil with NATO code O-226, in accordance with the quality requirements specified by the Contracting Authority and set out in the “Description of the subject matter of the contract” constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, and in accordance with the schedule specified in Chapter IV(2) of the SWZ, in a quantity of 29 000 kg, including: a basic order of 10 000 kg and an order under the option right of 19 000 kg. 2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate, in column No. 3 of the table in the “Tender Form” constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, the full trade name and the name of the manufacturer of the offered subject matter of the contract. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority also requires the type of packaging (e.g. can, drum, bottle, canister) and the packaging size of the offered subject matter of the contract to be indicated below the tender form table. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of ATF DEXRON II E automatic transmission oil, in accordance with the quality requirements specified by the Contracting Authority and set out in the “Description of the subject matter of the contract” constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, and in accordance with the schedule specified in Chapter IV(2) of the SWZ, in a quantity of 2500 kg, including: a basic order of 1500 kg and an order under the option right of 1000 kg. 2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate, in column No. 3 of the table in the “Tender Form” constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, the full trade name and the name of the manufacturer of the offered subject matter of the contract. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority also requires the type of packaging (e.g. can, drum, bottle, canister) and the packaging size of the offered subject matter of the contract to be indicated below the tender form table. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of SAE 50 oil for medium-duty compression-ignition engines, in accordance with the quality requirements specified by the Contracting Authority and set out in the “Description of the subject matter of the contract” constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, and in accordance with the schedule specified in Chapter IV(2) of the SWZ, in a quantity of 45040 kg, including: a basic order of 25000 kg and an order under the option right of 20040 kg. 2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate, in column No. 3 of the table in the “Tender Form” constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, the full trade name and the name of the manufacturer of the offered subject matter of the contract. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority also requires the type of packaging (e.g. can, drum, bottle, canister) and the packaging size of the offered subject matter of the contract to be indicated below the tender form table. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of hydraulic power steering oil, in accordance with the quality requirements specified by the Contracting Authority and set out in the “Description of the subject matter of the contract” constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, and in accordance with the schedule specified in Chapter IV(2) of the SWZ, in a quantity of 50000 kg, including: a basic order of 25000 kg and an order under the option right of 25000 kg. 2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate, in column No. 3 of the table in the “Tender Form” constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, the full trade name and the name of the manufacturer of the offered subject matter of the contract. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority also requires the type of packaging (e.g. can, drum, bottle, canister) and the packaging size of the offered subject matter of the contract to be indicated below the tender form table. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of mineral ATF oil for automotive transmissions (e.g. HIPOL II D or equivalent), in accordance with the quality requirements specified by the Contracting Authority and set out in the “Description of the subject matter of the contract” constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, and in accordance with the schedule specified in Chapter IV(2) of the SWZ, in a quantity of 6720 kg, including: a basic order of 4000 kg and an order under the option right of 2720 kg. 2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate, in column No. 3 of the table in the “Tender Form” constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, the full trade name and the name of the manufacturer of the offered subject matter of the contract. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority also requires the type of packaging (e.g. can, drum, bottle, canister) and the packaging size of the offered subject matter of the contract to be indicated below the tender form table. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of graphite grease, in accordance with the quality requirements specified by the Contracting Authority and set out in the “Description of the subject matter of the contract” constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, and in accordance with the schedule specified in Chapter IV(2) of the SWZ, in a quantity of 1140 kg, including: a basic order of 900 kg and an order under the option right of 240 kg. 2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate, in column No. 3 of the table in the “Tender Form” constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, the full trade name and the name of the manufacturer of the offered subject matter of the contract. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority also requires the type of packaging (e.g. can, drum, bottle, canister) and the packaging size of the offered subject matter of the contract to be indicated below the tender form table. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of grease for heavily loaded rolling bearings with NATO code G-421, in accordance with the quality requirements specified by the Contracting Authority and set out in the “Description of the subject matter of the contract” constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, and in accordance with the schedule specified in Chapter IV(2) of the SWZ, in a quantity of 6000 kg, including: a basic order of 3500 kg and an order under the option right of 2500 kg. 2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate, in column No. 3 of the table in the “Tender Form” constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, the full trade name and the name of the manufacturer of the offered subject matter of the contract. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority also requires the type of packaging (e.g. can, drum, bottle, canister) and the packaging size of the offered subject matter of the contract to be indicated below the tender form table. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of synthetic oil for ZF-type automatic transmissions (e.g. ZF Ecofluid A Plus, Shell Spirax S6 ATF ZM, Tutela Transmission ATF 120 or equivalent), in accordance with the quality requirements specified by the Contracting Authority and set out in the “Description of the subject matter of the contract” constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, and in accordance with the schedule specified in Chapter IV(2) of the SWZ, in a quantity of 10000 kg, including: a basic order of 8000 kg and an order under the option right of 2000 kg. 2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate, in column No. 3 of the table in the “Tender Form” constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, the full trade name and the name of the manufacturer of the offered subject matter of the contract. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority also requires the type of packaging (e.g. can, drum, bottle, canister) and the packaging size of the offered subject matter of the contract to be indicated below the tender form table. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of multipurpose grease with NATO code G-403, in accordance with the quality requirements specified by the Contracting Authority and set out in the “Description of the subject matter of the contract” constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, and in accordance with the schedule specified in Chapter IV(2) of the SWZ, in a quantity of 3000 kg, including: a basic order of 1000 kg and an order under the option right of 2000 kg. 2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate, in column No. 3 of the table in the “Tender Form” constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, the full trade name and the name of the manufacturer of the offered subject matter of the contract. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority also requires the type of packaging (e.g. can, drum, bottle, canister) and the packaging size of the offered subject matter of the contract to be indicated below the tender form table. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of low-temperature protective lubricating oil with NATO code O-190, in accordance with the quality requirements specified by the Contracting Authority and set out in the “Description of the subject matter of the contract” constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, and in accordance with the schedule specified in Chapter IV(2) of the SWZ, in a quantity of 2500 kg, including: a basic order of 1500 kg and an order under the option right of 1000 kg. 2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate, in column No. 3 of the table in the “Tender Form” constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, the full trade name and the name of the manufacturer of the offered subject matter of the contract.
