Opportunity description

1. The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997, the Energy Law, the Civil Code, and the implementing regulations issued on their basis. Separate contracts resulting from this public procurement procedure conducted under the open procedure will be concluded for the “PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY TAKING INTO ACCOUNT ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION POINTS WITH RES INSTALLATIONS FOR THE PURCHASING GROUP OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ZAWONIA”. Detailed information concerning the conclusion of contracts by the individual organizational units is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The selected Contractor will be obliged to represent the Contracting Authority and its organizational units before the competent Distribution System Operator in matters related to notification of a change of supplier. To perform the above-mentioned activities, the Contractor will receive the appropriate power of attorney (Annex No. 4.1 to the SWZ). 2. The Contracting Authority acts on its own behalf and, on the basis of the signed Agreement (the Agreement is available for inspection at the registered office of the Contracting Authority), on behalf of: • Municipality of Cieszków • Municipality of Krośnice • Municipality of Milicz • Municipality of Oborniki Śląskie • Municipality of Prusice • Municipality of Wisznia Mała • Municipality of Żmigród • St. Jadwiga of Silesia Hospital in Trzebnica • ZUK Krośnice Sp. z o.o. • Municipal Cultural Center in Zawonia • Fr. Wawrzyniec Bochenek Primary School in Czeszów • School and Preschool Complex in Zawonia 3. Contract – purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ: 1) The estimated electricity demand for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 is 29 701 796 kWh.
