Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of this procedure is the supply (also sale) of electricity to the facilities (energy consumption points, hereinafter also PPE) listed in Annexes No. 1A and 1B to the SWZ – description of the subject matter of the contract, divided into parts of the contract: 1.1 Part I of the contract: supply of electricity for the years 2027-2028 to the street lighting facilities (energy consumption points, hereinafter also PPE) listed in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ – description of the subject matter of the contract. The planned quantity of electricity during the term of the contract is 5 080 026 kWh, 1.2. Part II of the contract: supply of electricity for the years 2027-2028 to the remaining facilities, including facilities with a photovoltaic installation (PV installation), listed in Annex No. 1B to the SWZ – description of the subject matter of the contract. The planned quantity of electricity during the term of the contract is 16 418 738 kWh, the planned quantity of energy generated from renewable energy sources (OZE) and fed into the grid is 219 288 kWh, 1.3. Part III of the contract: supply together with a distribution service (comprehensive agreement) for the years 2027 - 2028 for the facilities listed in Annex No. 1B to the SWZ – description of the subject matter of the contract. The planned quantity of electricity during the term of the contract is 275 476 kWh. This part concerns, in particular, PPE with PV installations or without metering systems adapted to the TPA service; information in this regard is provided in Annex 1B to the SWZ. Facilities with a PV installation will be settled according to the rules applicable to an original prosumer pursuant to the Act of 20 February 2015 on renewable energy sources. 2. Additional information concerning the subject matter of the contract: 2.1. PPE settled according to the BXX tariff group have adapted metering systems (if applicable), 2.2. PPE settled according to GXX tariff groups are not households (if applicable), 2.3. Renewable energy sources (OZE) – settlement rules described in subpoint 4.2.3. 3. The requirements (obligations) imposed on the contractor are described in the draft provisions of the electricity supply agreement constituting Annexes No. 2A and 2B to the SWZ. The contractor undertakes to perform the activities resulting from the power of attorney (for Parts I and II of the contract), constituting Annex No. 2A to the Electricity Supply Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the Agreement.
