Poland – Pharmaceutical products – Supply of Medicines in Groups 1-16 for Pałuckie Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o. in Żnin

Opportunity description

. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of MEDICINES in groups 1-16: Group 1 - Medicines Group 2 - Antibiotics Group 3 - Antibiotics Group 4 - Narcotics Group 5 – Antibiotics and painkillers Group 6 - Medicines Group 7 – Albumins Group 8 – Medicines Group 9 – Medicines Group 10 – Medicines Group 11 - Medicines Group 12 – Medicines Group 13 – Nutrition Group 14 – Hemostatic sponges Group 15 – Medicines Group 16 - Medicines for Pałuckie Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o. o., for a period specified as 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 2. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for a selected Group or Groups (1-16). Tenders in individual groups must be full and complete. The Contracting Authority does not permit the omission of any assortment item. 3. A detailed description of the Contracting Authority's needs, i.e. the type and quantity of the assortment and the package sizes of medicines in individual Groups, is contained in the Assortment and Price Form - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority stipulates that the quantities of the assortment indicated in Annex No. 2 are estimated quantities intended for calculating the tender price, comparing tenders, and selecting the most advantageous tender. Purchases made during the term of the contract may, for individual Groups, differ in quantity from the values specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, depending on the Contracting Authority's needs and the number of patients; however, the reduction in ordered supplies will not exceed 20% of the gross value of the tender submitted by the Contractor selected for the Group. The Contractor shall not be entitled to claims arising from an order for a smaller quantity of the assortment than specified for individual Groups 1–16 in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
