Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the “Supply of enteral nutrition preparations”. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts/Packages, each of which constitutes a separate subject of the contract: Package No. 1 - Supply of industrial diets for enteral nutrition Package No. 2 - Supply of food for special medical purposes 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. 3. The subject and conditions of performance of this contract must comply with the Pharmaceutical Law Act of 6 September 2001 and with other applicable legal provisions in this field. 4. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Pzp Act. 5. The subject of the contract has been quantified on the basis of portions such as: tubes, bottles, ampoules, vials, tablets, etc. 6. The Contracting Authority permits substitution of the pharmaceutical form within the following: solution for preparing a solution for infusion, concentrate/solution for preparing a solution for infusion, solution for infusion, as well as tablets, capsules and film-coated tablets, provided that the form does not affect the required release profile of the active substance.
