The subject of the contract is the supply of medicinal products, including infusion fluids, in the quantities and assortment specified in the Assortment and Price Forms contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Deliveries will be made to the place of receipt: the Hospital Pharmacy in Będzin at 12 Małachowskiego Street or to the premises indicated by the Contracting Authority in Czeladź, 40 Szpitalna Street, for a period of 18 months from the first day of the contract's validity.
