Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the successive supply of the medicinal product Givinostat as part of the continuation of treatment under the Emergency Access to Drug Technologies procedure (RDTL) for the needs of the Provincial Combined Hospital in Kielce. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the quantities are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - assortment and price form. Information regarding the rules for delivery performance, warranty and remuneration is contained in Annex No. Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – draft provisions of the public procurement contract based on a successive supply agreement.
