Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of preparations and equipment for nutritional therapy to the Franciszek Raszeja Municipal Hospital in Poznań. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, constituting an integral part thereof. 3. The Contracting Authority does not impose restrictions regarding the origin of the Contractor or the subject of the contract in terms of market access and participation in this procedure. 4. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of partial tenders covering all items indicated in a given part/package. The contract has been divided into 8 parts/packages. 5. Each part/package constitutes a separate subject of the contract. Tenders may be submitted for one or more parts/packages of the contract. The minimum scope of a tender is one complete part/package; incomplete tenders will be rejected. 6. The Contracting Authority may exercise an option. The option may consist of increasing or decreasing the value and/or volume of the subject of the contract and, in the event of an increase, also extending the term of the contract by a period ranging from one month to 6 consecutive full months.
