Planned performance period: successively for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the earlier exhaustion of the Contracting Authority's financial limit for performance of the contract specified in § 3(1) of the contract. The contract expires upon exhaustion of the nominal contract amount or the end of the period for which it was concluded, whichever of these circumstances occurs first. 4.
