Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of infusion fluids, medicinal products and foodstuffs for special nutritional purposes to the Hospital Pharmacy of the Healthcare Center in Bolesławiec. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the Pricing Form – Annexes No. 2.1–2.4 to the SWZ. Each Contractor may submit only one tender for the entire contract or for a given task/tasks, in writing, otherwise being null and void. If a Contractor submits more than one tender for the entire contract or for a given task/tasks, all tenders submitted by that Contractor will be rejected by the Contracting Authority. The contract consists of 4 tasks. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of partial tenders. The Contracting Authority will consider a tender submitted for all items in a given task to be a partial tender. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of tenders for individual items. The Contracting Authority stipulates that the offered subject of the contract must belong to the following group: a) medicinal products in accordance with Article 2(32) and Article 2(40) of the Pharmaceutical Law Act of 6 September 2001 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1938), b) foodstuffs for special nutritional purposes in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 16 September 2010 on foodstuffs for special nutritional purposes (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1026). The products offered must have the appropriate certificates or approvals permitting their use in healthcare in accordance with Polish law and European Union law. Medicinal products (drugs) must be entered in the Official Register of Medicinal Products Authorized for Marketing in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
