1. Successive deliveries of parenteral nutrition preparations and disinfection preparations for the Pharmacy of the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology, Gliwice Branch 2. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of partial tenders, and therefore the subject matter of the contract is divided into 2 separate tasks, including: 1) Disinfection – medicinal products 2) Nutrition 3. The description of the subject matter of the contract and the contract performance conditions are contained in the annexes: 1) Assortment and price specification – Annex No. 2.1-2.2 to the SWZ, 2) Draft contractual provisions that will be incorporated into the contract – Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority did not conduct preliminary market consultations. 5. The Contracting Authority does not envisage supplementary contracts. 6. The Contracting Authority does not envisage an electronic auction, supplementary contracts. 7. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the requirement: 1) for the Contractor to conduct a site visit or 2) for the Contractor to inspect documents necessary for the performance of the contract that are available on site at the Contracting Authority. 8. Information on Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract is contained in Chapter IX of the SWZ. 9. The tender validity period is: 120 days. The tender validity period begins upon expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders. That day is the first day of the tender validity period. The above means that the tender validity period expires on 19.01.2027. 10. The Contracting Authority included in the SWZ the information clause arising from the content of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. 11. Detailed information concerning this procedure is contained in the SWZ. 1. The description of the subject matter of the contract and the contract performance conditions are contained in the annexes: 1) Assortment and price specification – Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ, 2) Draft contractual provisions that will be incorporated into the contract – Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2. In this tender procedure, when evaluating tenders, the Contracting Authority will apply the procedure specified in Article 139(1) of the Pzp Act, the so-called reverse procedure. 3. Time limit for performance of the subject matter of the contract: successively for 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the earlier exhaustion of the Contracting Authority's financial limit for performance of the contract specified in § 3(1) of the contract. The contract expires upon exhaustion of the nominal contract amount or the end of the period for which it was concluded, whichever of these circumstances occurs first. 4.
