The subject matter of the contract is the supply of reagents, calibrators, system fluids, accessories and control materials necessary for performing biochemistry and immunochemistry tests in serum and urine, together with the lease of two biochemistry-immunochemistry analyzers: primary and auxiliary (backup), under the terms specified in the draft contractual provisions, in quantities resulting from current needs and within the time limits resulting from the concluded contract. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of tenders for parts. Reasons for not dividing the contract into parts: The specific nature of the subject matter of the contract constitutes an inseparable whole required by the Contracting Authority, i.e. the supply of reagents, calibrators, controls, consumables and a modular biochemistry-immunochemistry analyzer together with a biochemistry backup.
