Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the supply of multimedia equipment for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of Gdańsk University of Technology, in accordance with the following specification: Part 1 – Supply of a 360° spherical camera, Part 2 – Supply of video transmission devices, Part 3 – Supply of multimedia devices. The subject of the contract includes delivery of the subject of the contract to the Contracting Authority's premises: Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics, ul. Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk, WETI A building (no. 41), room 116. The subject of the contract must be brand new, from current production, free from legal and physical defects, not previously used, and may not be subject to third-party rights. Furthermore, it must be ready to operate as intended, without additional investment purchases on the part of the Contracting Authority. Codes according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) classification: Part 1: 32333200-8 video cameras, Part 2: 32222000-5 video signal encoding machines, Part 3: 38653110-1 photographic flashbulbs, 31520000-7 lamps and light fittings, 38650000-6 photographic equipment, 32333100-7 video recorders, 32323500-8 video-surveillance system. The equipment offered must be covered by a warranty period of: Part 1 - minimum 24 months, Part 2 - minimum 24 months, Part 3 - minimum 12, 24 or 36 months – calculated from the date of signing the handover and acceptance protocol, without comments. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract is the supply of a 360o spherical camera with accessories. The Contractor is obliged to provide a warranty for the offered subject of the contract (360° spherical camera) for a period of no less than 24 months, calculated from the date of signing the handover and acceptance protocol without reservations. The Contracting Authority sets the deadline for performance of the contract (agreement) for Part 1 – up to 21 calendar days. The subject of the contract is the supply of two IP video encoders and two IP video decoders, forming a complete system for bidirectional video transmission over a local network, intended for use in a networked music performance system between two nodes of an academic research network. The Contractor is obliged to provide a warranty for the offered subject of the contract for a period of no less than 24 months, calculated from the date of signing the handover and acceptance protocol without reservations. The Contracting Authority sets the deadline for performance of the contract (agreement) for Part 2 – up to 7 calendar days. The subject of the contract is the supply of multimedia devices comprising: three studio lights, one flash, two portable recorders, three bidirectional converters, four stands, and one microphone boom pole. The Contractor is obliged to provide a warranty for the offered subject of the contract (multimedia devices) for a period of no less than: a) 120W continuous light with Bowens mount – 24 months, b) 80W continuous light with Bowens mount – 24 months, c) 70W halo-type panel continuous light – 24 months, d) reporter flash with automatic exposure metering (TTL) – 12 months, e) C-stand – 36 months, f) standard lighting stand – 36 months, g) boom-type microphone pole – 24 months, h) 4-track recorder – 24 months, i) 6-track recorder – 24 months, j) HDMI-SDI 12G converter – 24 months, calculated from the date of signing the handover and acceptance protocol without reservations.
