The subject of the contract is the delivery of three pickup-type off-road vehicles with a double cab and a high cargo compartment enclosure, divided into 3 parts. Each vehicle must be new, unused, complete, with type approval (enabling it, in accordance with the applicable regulations, to be approved for road use within the EU), free from technical and legal defects, and must not be registered. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks.
