Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract comprises services entitled “Maintenance of flood embankments within the area of operation of the Catchment Management Board in Legnica (9 parts).” A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Tender Pricing Forms and Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract (including maps). The Contractor is obliged to provide environmental supervision throughout the entire contract performance period. The detailed scope of tasks performed as part of environmental supervision for the contract has been specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract – Appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to the SWZ. The work must be carried out under environmental supervision. The Contractor should include the resulting costs in the tender price, in accordance with the Tender Pricing Forms. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with the environmental supervision documentation on the date of acceptance of the work. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for individual parts. The contract consists of the following parts: Part 1. Brochotka watercourse, Dłużeń, Brenna, Czarna Woda River – maintenance of flood embankments within the city of Legnica and Legnica County; Maintenance of the Karol Canal together with its embankments within Legnica County – NW Legnica. Part 2. Kaczawa River, Basin I – maintenance of flood embankments within Legnica County; Maintenance of the Bobrek Canal together with flood embankments – NW Legnica. Part 3. Kaczawa River, Skora, Czermnica, Prusicki Potok – maintenance of flood embankments within Złotoryja and Legnica Counties – NW Legnica, NW Złotoryja. Part 4. Nysa Szalona and Wierzbiak Rivers – maintenance of flood embankments together with the inter-embankment area within Legnica and Jawor Counties; Maintenance of the Bolkowice and Kwietniki relief channels of the Nysa Mała River – NW Legnica, NW Jawor. Part 5. Bystrzyca and Strzegomka Rivers – maintenance of flood embankments, municipalities of Kąty Wrocławskie and Mietków; Bystrzyca River – maintenance of flood embankments, municipality of Wrocław – NW Świdnica. Part 6. Bystrzyca River – maintenance of flood embankments, municipality of Świdnica; Strzegomka River – maintenance of flood embankments, municipalities of Żarów and Strzegom – NW Świdnica, NW Wałbrzych. Czarna Woda River – maintenance of flood embankments, municipality of Marcinowice; Czarna Woda River, Sulistrowicki Potok – maintenance of flood embankments, municipality of Sobótka – NW Świdnica. Cleaning rubbish from embankment surfaces, including disposal. Part 2 – Kaczawa River, Basin I – maintenance of flood embankments within Legnica County; Maintenance of the Bobrek Canal together with flood embankments – NW Legnica. The subject matter of the contract is the mowing of vegetation from the slopes and crests of flood embankments, together with raking or shredding the cuttings, over a total area of 51.1743 ha. Cleaning the surfaces of the abutments of embankment culverts. Cutting shrubs and self-seeded plants. Cleaning rubbish from embankment surfaces, including disposal. Minor maintenance work – filling holes in the embankment body. Part 3 – Kaczawa River, Skora, Czermnica, Prusicki Potok – maintenance of flood embankments within Złotoryja and Legnica Counties – NW Legnica, NW Złotoryja. The subject matter of the contract is the mowing of vegetation from the slopes and crests of flood embankments, together with raking or shredding the cuttings, over a total area of 41.523 ha. Cleaning the surfaces of the abutments of embankment culverts. Cutting shrubs and self-seeded plants. Cleaning rubbish from embankment surfaces, including disposal. Part 4 – Nysa Szalona and Wierzbiak Rivers – maintenance of flood embankments together with the inter-embankment area within Legnica and Jawor Counties; Maintenance of the Bolkowice and Kwietniki relief channels of the Nysa Mała River – NW Legnica, NW Jawor. The subject matter of the contract is the mowing of vegetation from the slopes and crests of flood embankments, together with raking or shredding the cuttings, over a total area of 26.1111 ha. Cleaning the surfaces of the abutments of embankment culverts. Cutting shrubs, self-seeded plants and knotweed. Cleaning waste from the surfaces of the embankments and channel basins, including disposal. Part 5 – Bystrzyca and Strzegomka Rivers – maintenance of flood embankments, municipalities of Kąty Wrocławskie and Mietków; Bystrzyca River – maintenance of flood embankments, municipality of Wrocław – NW Świdnica. The subject matter of the contract is the mowing of vegetation from the slopes and crests of flood embankments, together with raking or shredding the cuttings, over a total area of 52.24 ha. Cutting shrubs and one-year-old self-seeded plants. Minor maintenance work – filling holes in the embankment body. Cleaning rubbish from embankment surfaces, including disposal. Part 6 – Bystrzyca River – maintenance of flood embankments, municipality of Świdnica; Strzegomka River – maintenance of flood embankments, municipalities of Żarów and Strzegom – NW Świdnica, NW Wałbrzych. The subject matter of the contract is the mowing of vegetation from the slopes and crests of flood embankments, together with raking or shredding the cuttings, over a total area of 32.155 ha. Cutting shrubs, one-year-old self-seeded plants and knotweed. Cleaning rubbish from embankment surfaces, including disposal. Part 7 – Czarna Woda River – maintenance of flood embankments, municipality of Marcinowice; Czarna Woda River, Sulistrowicki Potok – maintenance of flood embankments, municipality of Sobótka – NW Świdnica. The subject matter of the contract is the mowing of vegetation from the slopes and crests of flood embankments, together with raking or shredding the cuttings, over a total area of 32.103 ha. Minor maintenance work – filling holes in the embankment body. Cleaning rubbish from embankment surfaces, including disposal. Part 8 – Piława River – maintenance of flood embankments, localities of Nowizna, Mościsko, Grodziszcze, Krzyżowa, Makowice and Pszenno, municipalities of Dzierżoniów and Świdnica – NW Dzierżoniów. The subject matter of the contract is the mowing of vegetation from the slopes and crests of flood embankments, together with raking or shredding the cuttings, over a total area of 38.07 ha. Part 9 – Piława River – maintenance of the Relief Channel in Jagodnik, municipality of Świdnica; Kłomnica and Gniły streams – maintenance of flood embankments, locality of Mościsko, municipality of Dzierżoniów – NW Dzierżoniów. The subject matter of the contract is the mowing of vegetation from the slopes and crests of flood embankments and the channel bed, together with raking or shredding the cuttings, over a total area of 5.17 ha.
