1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of land for planting and the carrying out of plantings as part of the task of expanding the Silesian Botanical Garden – at the field units in Radzionków and Mikołów. The subject of the contract includes nature conservation and horticultural activities, without carrying out construction works involving the erection of structures. As part of the subject of the contract, it is necessary to design (following the guidelines of the Description of the Subject of the Contract – for part 1 and part 2) and carry out the work comprehensively, including the necessary preparatory work on the land. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into two parts and includes, among other things: 2.1. PART 1: Establishment of field collections at the Silesian Botanical Garden in Radzionków: a) preparation of a planting concept together with a material and financial schedule (HRF) for carrying out the work; b) establishment of a collection of segetal plants; c) establishment of a fruit-growing collection; d) establishment of a flower meadow; e) cleaning of water reservoirs; f) removal of invasive plants; g) planting of trees, shrubs and perennials. 2.2. PART 2: Establishment of field collections at the Silesian Botanical Garden in Mikołów: a) preparation of a work concept together with a material and financial schedule for carrying out the work; b) removal of invasive species and undergrowth, and cleaning of the substrate; c) establishment of a flower meadow in the form of xerothermic grassland. 3. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified by: the procurement documents within the meaning of Article 7 point 3 of the Pzp Act, including the Specification of Contract Conditions together with all amendments and clarifications thereto (SWZ), prepared in the course of the procedure and during the term of this contract, and the following documents: 3.1. Description of the Subject of the Contract – constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ together with the annexes: a) Annex 1. Planting layout for the collection of segetal plants; b) Annex 2 Planting layout for the fruit-growing collection; c) Annex 3. Planting layout in the Salicarium; d) Annex 4. Planting layout for the Rose Garden; e) Annex 5. List of plantings in the individual areas; f) Annex 6. Bill of quantities; g) Annex 7. Plantings to be maintained under the warranty. 1. The subject of the contract for part 1 entitled: "Establishment of field collections at the Silesian Botanical Garden in Radzionków" includes in particular: a) preparation of a planting concept together with a material and financial schedule (HRF) for carrying out the work; b) establishment of a collection of segetal plants; c) establishment of a fruit-growing collection; d) establishment of a flower meadow; e) cleaning of water reservoirs; f) removal of invasive plants; g) planting of trees, shrubs and perennials. 3. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified by: the procurement documents within the meaning of Article 7 point 3 of the Pzp Act, including the Specification of Contract Conditions together with all amendments and clarifications thereto (SWZ), prepared in the course of the procedure and during the term of this contract, and the following documents: 3.1. Contractor's Tender; 3.3. Material and financial schedule, concept for carrying out the preparatory treatments and plantings, and detailed cost estimate (prepared by the Contractor within 5 working days after signing the public procurement contract.) 3.4. Design documentation (prepared by the Contractor during performance of the contract – in accordance with point 2.2 of the Description of the Subject of the Contract). 4. The Contracting Authority informs that the bill of quantities (Annex No. 6 to the Description of the Subject of the Contract) constitutes auxiliary material; when pricing the subject of the contract, all work included therein must be taken into account, including work specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract. Where services or works have been indicated that are not included in the bill of quantities, the Contractor is obliged to include them when calculating the price. The Contractor should take into account that the types of services and works and their quantities given in the bill of quantities constitute auxiliary material and may change at the stage of preparing the design documentation. Detailed technical solutions affecting an increase or decrease in the scope of works are at the Contractor's risk and will not be treated as additional works. Despite the above indicative values for the scope of work, these data must be treated solely as estimates, and the Contractor is obliged to calculate the tender price in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ and other procurement documents.
