The subject matter of the contract is: Revitalization of parks and green areas in the city of Ruda Śląska – stage I. Task No. 1: Development of the square at Orzegowska/Hlonda Streets in Ruda Śląska, carried out as part of the project “Revitalization of parks and green areas in the city of Ruda Śląska – stage I”. Task No. 2: Development of the green area by the Community Centre and the green area by the church in the Bielszowice district of Ruda Śląska, carried out as part of the project “Revitalization of parks and green areas in the city of Ruda Śląska – stage I” – Task No. 3: Development of Adam Mickiewicz Park in Ruda Śląska, carried out as part of the project “Revitalization of parks and green areas in the city of Ruda Śląska – stage I”. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Annexes Nos. 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 to the SWZ. The contractor’s remuneration is a lump-sum price for performing the subject matter of the contract, with its scope resulting from these contract terms and conditions, the agreement and its annexes. Contract completion deadline: by 15.03.2027. Having regard to Article 436(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority informs that specifying the final date for performance of the agreement is justified by an objective reason (funds secured for individual years in the Multiannual Financial Forecast of the City of Ruda Śląska) and results from the fact that the task in question must be performed and settled in the respective specified years. SQUARE AT ORZEGOWSKA / HLONDA STREETS (ORZEGÓW) 1. NATURE OF THE CONTRACT The contract constitutes a mixed contract within the meaning of Article 27 of the Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority defines the main subject matter of the contract as a comprehensive service involving the revitalization and development of a public green area. The elements consisting of the construction of surfaces and the installation of lighting and monitoring systems are ancillary to the primary objective of arranging and restoring the green area. 2. PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT • tidying up the degraded area by the old cemetery, • increasing biodiversity, • introducing new plantings of trees, shrubs, perennials and a flower meadow, • improving the functionality of the public space, • ensuring safety through lighting and monitoring. 3. SCOPE OF THE SERVICE 3.1. Preparatory work • removal of remnants of concrete surfaces, • removal of a section of concrete-block pavement, • removal of invasive plants, 3.2. Green-area development services (dominant element) • planting trees, • planting shrubs and perennials, • creating a flower meadow, • planting hedges, • preparing the substrate and mulching. 3.3. Construction of pedestrian routes • construction of concrete surfaces, • construction of mineral surfaces, • installation of edging. 3.4. Small-architecture installation services • installation of benches, • installation of waste bins, • installation of educational boards, • installation of pollinator houses. 3.5. Ancillary installation work • installation of park lighting, • installation of the power supply system, • installation of a CCTV monitoring system, • installation of lighting cabinets. 4. WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE • min. 24 months, • maintenance of greenery for a period of 12 months, • rectification of defects. • servicing of small-architecture elements • replacement of plants that have failed to establish. 5. The purpose of the undertaking in question is the comprehensive revitalization of parks and green areas, including through plantings and other nature-based solutions selected according to needs, taking into account their maintenance for a period of one year (12 months) from the date of final acceptance of the services, and the performance of ancillary construction work related to site development. The contractor is obliged to initiate systemic measures intended to sustain the project’s effects in the future through periodic mowing, monitoring the course of vegetation succession, and undertaking necessary interventions while providing maintenance care, including for newly planted plants. The maintenance period is 12 months from the date of the final acceptance report. GREEN AREA BY THE CHURCH – BIELSZOWICE 1. NATURE OF THE CONTRACT The contract is a service involving the revitalization and development of a green area. Work concerning the playground surface and monitoring is ancillary. 2. PURPOSE • modernization of the green area by the church, • improving functionality, • tidying up the existing playground, • introducing new plantings. 3. SCOPE OF THE SERVICE 3.1. Preparatory work • removal of the block-paved surface, • removal of edging, • removal of benches, waste bins and play equipment, • relocation of the table-tennis table. 3.2. Green-area development services • planting trees, • planting shrubs and perennials, • creating a flower meadow, • creating hedges, • planting ground flora. 3.3. Construction of surfaces • concrete surfaces, • mineral surfaces, • playground surface (wood chips). • installation of edging. 3.4. Small-architecture installation services • benches, • waste bins, • pollinator houses, • educational boards, • elements of an educational playground. 3.5. Elements constituting construction work (pedestrian routes, replacement of luminaires, monitoring) are ancillary. 2. PURPOSE • tidying up the greenery by the Community Centre, • introducing new plantings, • improving aesthetics and functionality, • increasing retention (rain garden), • improving safety. 3. SCOPE OF THE SERVICE 3.1. Removal work • removal of existing benches and waste bins, • removal of PCK containers, 3.2. Green-area development services • planting shrubs and perennials, • creating raised beds, • creating a rain garden, • maintenance and mulching. 3.3. Construction of surfaces • construction of a concrete surface, • construction of a gravel surface, • construction of a mineral surface, • construction of an elevated path made of steel gratings. • installation of edging. 3.4. Small-architecture installation services • freestanding benches, • waste bins, • pollinator houses, • educational boards. 3.5.
