Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase with delivery of trees and shrubs for Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. in Zielona Góra, divided into two tasks: Task No. 1 – Purchase with delivery of trees; Task No. 2 – Purchase with delivery of shrubs. 2. A detailed description and the method of performance of the contract are contained in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ for each task separately, and the draft contractual provisions, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ for each task separately. 1.
