Pułaskiego 70, 42-300 Myszków, as part of the implementation of the project entitled: "Improving the quality of vocational education at School Complex No. 2 in Myszków"—under the program: European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027, measure 08.03. Vocational education infrastructure – ZIT (call No. FESL.08.03 – IZ.01-085/23)” (case reference: ZP.272.1.12.2026); 1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT 1.1. The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of a multi-format plotter, a printing (inkjet) plotter, a laser plotter, laser printing machines, and roll laminators for the purpose of equipping a workshop for practical vocational training at the H. Kołłątaj School Complex No. 2 in Myszków. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Technical specification and Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions. The scope of the subject matter of the contract also includes the service of connecting and initially commissioning the equipment. 1.2. The subject matter of the contract is being implemented as part of an EU project. All supplied devices must meet accessibility standards for persons with special needs at a minimum basic level, in accordance with the Accessible School Model (MDS) document. GUARANTEE AND STATUTORY WARRANTY The required minimum guarantee period for the equipment is 24 months. The guarantee period constitutes an offer evaluation criterion described in detail in Chapter XI of the SWZ. 3. EQUIVALENT SOLUTIONS 4. If, in the description of the subject matter of the contract, the Contracting Authority has indicated trademarks, patents or origin, sources, or a specific process that characterizes products or services supplied by a particular Contractor, solutions equivalent to those described may be offered, provided that they maintain the same minimum technical, quality, and functional parameters, etc. 5. A Contractor that invokes equivalent solutions is required to demonstrate that the solution it offers meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. In such a case, the Contractor shall attach to the offer a list of equivalent solutions together with their description or standards. 6. Where the description of the subject matter of the contract contains references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority permits solutions equivalent to those described.
