The subject of the contract comprises five parts: 1) Part I – Supply of portable computers and rugged (reinforced) laptops, comprising: a) 30 business-class (enterprise) portable computers intended for operation in a network environment enabling centralized device management and integration with user management systems; b) 4 rugged (reinforced) laptops intended for operation in field conditions and environments with an increased risk of mechanical damage and exposure to atmospheric factors. - meeting the minimum requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the contract for Part I – constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ; 2) Part II – Supply of a desktop computer – supply of 1 business-class (enterprise) desktop computer intended for operation in a network environment enabling centralized device management and integration with user management systems, meeting the minimum requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the contract for Part II – constituting Annex No. 1.2 to the SWZ; 3) Part III - Supply of monitors – supply of 35 LCD/LED monitors with a built-in docking station intended for office use, meeting the minimum requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the contract for Part III – constituting Annex No. 1.3 to the SWZ; 4) Part IV - Supply of docking stations – supply of 10 docking stations, meeting the minimum requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the contract for Part IV – constituting Annex No. 1.4 to the SWZ; 5) Part V - Supply of 18 Microsoft 365 E5 licenses for a period of 12 months, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the contract for Part V – constituting Annex No. 1.5 to the SWZ. 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of portable computers and rugged (reinforced) laptops, comprising: a) 30 business-class (enterprise) portable computers intended for operation in a network environment enabling centralized device management and integration with user management systems; b) 4 rugged (reinforced) laptops intended for operation in field conditions and environments with an increased risk of mechanical damage and exposure to atmospheric factors, - meeting the minimum requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the contract for Part I – constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. 2. The subject of the contract shall be completed within 90 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, but no later than 10 December 2026, provided that the supply of portable computers and laptops shall be completed no later than 1 December 2026. 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 1 business-class (enterprise) desktop computer intended for operation in a network environment enabling centralized device management and integration with user management systems, meeting the minimum requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the contract for Part II – constituting Annex No. 1.2 to the SWZ; 2. The subject of the contract shall be completed within 90 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, but no later than 10 December 2026, provided that the supply of the desktop computer shall be completed no later than 1 December 2026. 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 35 LCD/LED monitors intended for office use, meeting the minimum requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the contract for Part III – constituting Annex No. 1.3 to the SWZ; 2. The subject of the contract shall be completed within 90 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, but no later than 10 December 2026, provided that the supply of the desktop computer shall be completed no later than 1 December 2026. 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 10 docking stations, meeting the minimum requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the contract for Part IV – constituting Annex No. 1.4 to the SWZ; 2. The subject of the contract shall be completed within 90 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, but no later than 10 December 2026, provided that the supply of the desktop computer shall be completed no later than 1 December 2026. 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 18 Microsoft 365 E5 licenses for a period of 12 months, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the contract for Part V – constituting Annex No. 1.5 to the SWZ; 2. The subject of the contract shall be completed within the following timeframe: a maximum of 10 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract - registration of the licenses on the Microsoft platform and technical support for a period of 12 months.
