The subject of the contract is the provision of domestic and international postal and courier services for the Supreme Administrative Court, divided into the following lots: Lot I – Domestic and international postal services for the Supreme Administrative Court; The subject of the contract under Lot I is the provision of domestic and international postal services for the Supreme Administrative Court, in particular the acceptance, sorting, transport and delivery of postal items, as well as the return of undelivered postal items and acknowledgements of receipt to the Contracting Authority. Lot II – Domestic and international courier services for the Supreme Administrative Court. The subject of the contract under Lot II is the provision of domestic and international courier services for the Supreme Administrative Court, in particular the collection, acceptance, transport, tracking and delivery of courier consignments and, where delivery is not possible, their return to the Contracting Authority. The estimated quantities and scope of postal items and courier consignments during the service provision period are specified in the Price Form constituting, respectively, Annex No. 1a to the SWZ (for Lot I) and Annex No. 1b to the SWZ (for Lot II). The Contracting Authority advises that the estimated quantitative data concerning postal items and courier consignments provided in Annexes No. 1a and 1b to the SWZ serve only as an indicative determination of the size of the subject of the contract. The quantities of postal items and courier consignments may change (i.e. may be increased or decreased) during contract performance depending on the Contracting Authority’s actual needs, within the agreed total gross remuneration determined on the basis of the Contractor’s tender. The Contracting Authority guarantees performance of the contract at a level of no less than 70% of the Contractor’s total remuneration, determined on the basis of the Contractor’s tender, for the given lot. Detailed rules for performance of the subject of the contract, as applicable to the given lot, are set out in the Draft Contractual Provisions (constituting Annexes No. 3a and 3b to the SWZ).
