The subject of the procurement is the supply of poultry and poultry cold cuts in 2027 (warehouses in Grudziądz, Grupa, Chełmno and Brodnica), in accordance with the standards, quantities and requirements specified by the Contracting Authority and under the conditions established by the Contracting Authority. Description and number of parts of the procurement: Number of tasks: 2 Task no. 1: Supply of poultry in 2027 (warehouses in Grudziądz, Grupa, Chełmno and Brodnica) Task no. 2: Supply of poultry cold cuts in 2027 (warehouses in Grudziądz, Grupa, Chełmno and Brodnica). Place of delivery for tasks no. 1 and 2 - the warehouses are located at: warehouse - ul. Bema 2, 86-300 Grudziądz warehouse - ul. Jagiełły 6, 86-300 Grudziądz warehouse - ul. Dworcowa 6A, 86-134 Grupa warehouse - Al. 3-go Maja 4, 86-200 Chełmno warehouse - ul. Czwartaków 1, 87-300 Brodnica The subject of the procurement must meet the requirements of the applicable food law provisions, including in particular, inter alia: 1) the Act of 25 August 2006 on Food and Nutrition Safety (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended); 2) the Act of 21 December 2000 on the Commercial Quality of Agricultural and Food Products (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1980, as amended) 3) the Act of 16 December 2005 on Products of Animal Origin (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 872, as amended); 4) Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin (OJ EU L 139, item 55 of 30.04.2004, as amended); 5) Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs (OJ EU L 139, item 1 of 30.04.2004, as amended); 6) Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety (OJ EU L 31, item 1 of 1 February 2002, as amended). The subject of the procurement will be delivered in packaging labelled in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of 23 December 2014 on the labelling of individual types of foodstuffs (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 29, as amended) and Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC (OJ EU L 2004.338.4, as amended), as well as the Act of 25 August 2006 on Food and Nutrition Safety (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended). The packaging must contain at least the information specified in the procurement documentation. The Contracting Authority does not permit the use of substitute packaging for food products during the performance of this contract. Scope of the subject of the procurement: Task no. 1: Supply of poultry in 2027 (warehouses in Grudziądz, Grupa, Chełmno and Brodnica) Basic scope 10 assortment items, including: Turkey breast fillet - 2 788,321 kg; Frozen turkey breast fillet - 500,00 kg; Chicken breast fillet - 2 500,00 kg; Frozen chicken breast fillet - 1 000,00 kg; Chicken leg - 500,00 kg; Frozen chicken leg - 500,00 kg; Chicken drumstick - 500,00 kg; Chicken wings - 800,00 kg; Turkey liver - 10,00 kg; Chicken liver - 30,00 kg.
