Supplementary probiotic premix for pigs, Lavipan L500, in a quantity of 60 kg, (with an attached label in Polish) with delivery to the Contracting Authority's warehouse located at the Feed Mill - Robczysko locality (64-130 Rydzyna). Required premix parameters: - pH: max. 7.0, - maximum moisture content: 7.0%. - content of ingredients in 1 kg of product: Fiber 3.0 g Energy value 8800 kJ Phosphorus 0.4 g Calcium 131.2 g Sodium 0.9 g Methionine <0.0005% Lysine <0.0005% Crude protein 316 g Crude fiber 2.88 g Crude ash 290 g Crude fat 22.7 g Composition of microencapsulated lactic acid bacteria and live yeast cultures: a. lactic acid bacteria (not less than 10^9 CFU/g): - Lacticaseibacillus paracasei, - Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, - Pediococcus pentosaceus, - Leuconostoc mesenteroides. b. live yeast cultures (not less than 10^7 CFU/g): - Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Salmonella bacilli: absent in 25 g. Contamination with foreign bodies harmful to animals: not permitted. VAT rate in accordance with the category of animal feed, which is classified under the chapters (codes) of the Combined Nomenclature (CN), listed in Annex No. 10 to the VAT Act. In order to confirm the product quality parameters indicated above, the Contracting Authority requires a product quality certificate or another document confirming the equivalence of the offered product to be attached to the tender. A product quality certificate must be attached to each delivery. VAT rate in accordance with the category of animal feed, which is classified under the chapters (codes) of the Combined Nomenclature (CN), listed in Annex No. 10 to the VAT Act. The Contracting Authority is an agricultural tax payer and will use the ordered product for its own needs. Procedure: open.
