1. The subject of the contract is the provision of printing and delivery services for the tourist guide entitled “Małopolska w rytmie eko”. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for contract performance are contained in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the public procurement contract – the model contract, Annex No. 1C to the SWZ. 3. Pursuant to the provision arising from Art. 95 of the Act, the Contracting Authority specifies that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment relationship, persons performing activities within the scope of contract performance that consist of performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465, as amended).
