Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply and installation of multimedia equipment for the Faculty of Applied Physics and Mathematics of the Gdańsk University of Technology. 2. The contracting authority permits the submission of tenders for individual lots. Contractors may submit one tender for any number of lots. 3. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into two lots: 1) projection screens, 2) touch-screen monitors. 4. The subject matter of the contract must be brand new, from current production, free from all defects and damage, not previously used, and not subject to third-party rights. 5 The subject matter of the contract includes delivery to the contracting authority's registered office: Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Applied Physics and Mathematics, 80-233 Gdańsk, ul. Narutowicza 11/12, lot 1: building No. 1, Main Building, rooms 51 and 401e, and lot 2: building No. 4, Nanotechnology Centre A, 3/04,3/05 and 3/14. 6 A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.7.The contractor is required to clearly specify the multimedia equipment offered by indicating, among other things, the manufacturer, type, model, and other data that unequivocally identify the offered subject matter of the contract in the material and price form constituting Appendices No. 2.1 and 2.2 to the SWZ. The material and price form constitutes the content of the tender. 8. The contractor is required to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Appendices No. 3.1 and 3.2, respectively, to the SWZ. 9. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) classification codes: 38653400-1 - projection screens, 30231320-6 - touch-screen monitors. 1.The subject matter of the contract is the supply and installation of 2 projection screens. The subject matter of the contract also includes the dismantling of 1 projection screen in the Contracting Authority's premises. 2.The subject matter of the contract must be brand new, from current production, free from all defects and damage, not previously used, and not subject to third-party rights. 3.The subject matter of the contract includes delivery to the contracting authority's registered office: Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Applied Physics and Mathematics, 80-233 Gdańsk, ul. Narutowicza 11/12, building No. 1, Main Building, rooms 51 and 401e. 4.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.5. The Contracting Authority requires the contract completion period to be up to 15 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract.6.The Contracting Authority requires the contractor to submit subject-matter evidence together with the tender.7.To confirm that the supplies offered meet the Contracting Authority's requirements, the Contracting Authority requires the submission of technical documentation confirming that the offered subject matter of the contract meets the required technical and functional parameters. 8.By technical documentation, the Contracting Authority means in particular: a)technical specifications provided by manufacturers or distributors, b)manufacturer's or distributor's catalogue sheets, c)descriptions or catalogue sheets prepared by the Contractor itself on the basis thereof, together with an indication of the sources of the information presented, e.g. the website address of the manufacturer or distributor. If the Contractor offers its own products, they may not infringe the economic copyrights of third parties. 9.Technical specifications or other documents must also contain the name of the manufacturer of the offered product and the model or type or other data identifying the product at the manufacturer, as well as an indication of the item in the material and price form to which they relate.10.The indicated sources of information on the basis of which the technical documentation was prepared must be verifiable during the proceedings. The technical documentation must confirm all required technical parameters of the subject matter specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract. The Contracting Authority accepts equivalent subject-matter evidence if it confirms that the supplies offered meet the requirements, characteristics, or criteria specified by the contracting authority and listed in the description of the subject matter of the contract. 1.The subject matter of the contract is the supply and installation of 3 touch-screen monitors together with wall-mounted stands. 2.The subject matter of the contract must be brand new, from current production, free from all defects and damage, not previously used, and not subject to third-party rights. 3.The subject matter of the contract includes delivery to the contracting authority's registered office: Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Applied Physics and Mathematics, 80-233 Gdańsk, ul.
