Opportunity description

The subject of the contract consists in the provision of administrative and operational services for social facilities managed by the Kraków Branch of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways in the following localities: Krynica Górska, Muszyna Złockie, Zawoja Mosorne, Zakopane, Witów, Sromowce Niżne, Krościenko n/Dunajcem. The contract includes in particular: - administrative services for the facilities; - maintaining cleanliness in the social facilities; - cutting, chopping and stacking wood for the barbecue; - maintaining cleanliness on the premises around the buildings; - operating equipment for heating the social facilities; - changing and laundering bed linen, net curtains, curtains, tablecloths, bedspreads, etc.; - commissioning inspections of the technical condition of the social facilities; - carrying out minor repairs and rectifying defects; - safeguarding the entrusted property. A condition for participating in the tender is the completion of a mandatory site visit before submitting a tender, in order to personally assess the scope of the subject of the contract and eliminate any possible doubts and ambiguities when preparing cost estimates for tenders. Information obtained during the site visit to the area where the services are to be performed is one of the elements that the contractor should take into account when assessing the risk associated with the performance of the contract. The contractor shall familiarize itself in detail with the scope of the subject of the contract during the visit, exclusively in the presence of a representative of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority has designated two dates for the site visit – at the Contractor's choice (the first on 26-27.05.2026, the second on 09-10.06.2026). The Contracting Authority does not provide transportation. The first day of the site visit begins at 9:00 a.m. in front of the entrance to the building in Zawoja, 34-223 Zawoja Mosorne 2885, followed by travel to Witów, Zakopane, Krościenko and Sromowce. The second day of the site visit begins at 9:30 a.m. in front of the entrance to the building in Muszyna, 33-370 Muszyna Złockie, Złockie 1A, followed by travel to Krynica. Each contractor should notify the Contracting Authority in writing, via the eb2b procurement platform, of its intention to conduct a site visit at least one day before the visit date. Failure by the Contractor to participate in the site visit makes it impossible to submit a valid tender. Procedure: open.
