The subject matter of the contract covers the purchase of the following assortment: 1) Lot 1 of the contract: Bad-weather clothing in a quantity of 1900 sets under the basic order and up to 1600 sets under the optional order; Universal clothing – insulated clothing in a quantity of 1900 sets under the basic order and up to 1600 sets under the optional order. 2) Lot 2 of the contract: Bad-weather clothing jacket in a quantity of 1400 pcs. under the basic order and up to 600 pcs. under the optional order; Softshell insulating sweatshirt in a quantity of 1400 pcs. under the basic order and up to 600 pcs. under the optional order. 3) Lot 3 of the contract: WZD special jacket in a quantity of 200 sets under the basic order and up to 50 sets under the optional order. The subject matter of the contract supplied as part of the performance of the contract must be new and must come from current production. Items produced under the option right must be identical to the item supplied under the basic order. The performance of lots 1 and 2 of the contract is subject to the requirements arising from the Act of 17 November 2006 on the conformity assessment system for products intended for the needs of national defence and security (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 747) and the implementing provisions issued pursuant thereto. The authority supervising, on behalf of the Minister of the Interior and Administration, activities related to the product being placed into service is the Director of the “MORATEX” Institute of Security Technologies, with its registered office in Łódź at 3 M. Skłodowskiej-Curie Street. The minimum required warranty period for each item covered by the contract is 24 months from the date it is released from the warehouse for use, while the period for which it is stored by the Contracting Authority in the warehouse is a maximum of 5 years. To confirm the compliance of the supplies offered with the characteristics or criteria specified in the description of the tender evaluation criteria, the Contractor is required to submit the following documents together with the tender: a) analyses, certificates, test reports or other equivalent documents confirming that: - the 2.5-layer and three-layer laminate with the “SG-14” camouflage print used to make the bad-weather clothing (jacket and trousers); - the polyamide fabric, fleece knit fabric and ribbed knit fabric used to make the softshell insulating sweatshirt; - the outer fabric and fabric for the quilted product, ribbed knit fabric, three-layer laminate and two-layer laminate used to make the universal clothing – insulated clothing meet the technical and performance requirements contained in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constituting Annexes Nos. 1a and 1d to the SWZ, provided that these documents must be issued by accredited testing laboratories or other laboratories possessing supervised measurement and testing equipment (e.g. a notified or in-house laboratory), or by manufacturers producing these materials. b) one copy of the technical and technological documentation in Polish concerning the manufacture of the offered subject matter of the contract, containing at least the following information: a description of the subject matter of the contract; drawing(s); technical requirements containing, inter alia: a list of components, a list of materials and accessories necessary to manufacture the subject matter of the contract; a description of the method of manufacturing the subject matter of the contract and its marking; a size chart; a description of the method of packaging and storage; c) to confirm the compliance of the supplies offered with the characteristics or criteria specified in the description of the tender evaluation criteria, the Contractor is required to submit, together with the tender, a sample of the offered uniform item in the first quality grade, i.e.: Bad-weather clothing (bad-weather clothing jacket with a softshell insulating sweatshirt, bad-weather clothing trousers) and universal clothing – insulated clothing in size T/XL (men’s) for height 179-184, chest circumference 111-116, waist circumference 101-106. 1.The subject matter of the contract covers the purchase of the following assortment: Bad-weather clothing jacket in a quantity of 1400 pcs. under the basic order and up to 600 pcs. under the optional order; Softshell insulating sweatshirt in a quantity of 1400 pcs. under the basic order and up to 600 pcs. under the optional order. The minimum required warranty period for each item covered by the contract is 24 months from the date it is released from the warehouse for use, while the period for which it is stored by the Contracting Authority in the warehouse is a maximum of 5 years. If an item covered by the contract is released for use after its storage period has elapsed, the warranty referred to above ceases to apply. 4. To confirm the compliance of the supplies offered with the characteristics or criteria specified in the description of the tender evaluation criteria, the Contractor is required to submit the following documents together with the tender: a) analyses, certificates, test reports or other equivalent documents confirming that: - the three-layer laminate, self-fastening tapes (IRR properties), inner and outer fabric of the special liner, insulation and ribbed knit fabric used to make the jacket meet the technical and performance requirements contained in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constituting Annexes Nos. 1c and 1d to the SWZ, provided that these documents must be issued by accredited testing laboratories or other laboratories possessing supervised measurement and testing equipment (e.g. a notified or in-house laboratory), or by manufacturers producing these materials; b) one copy of the technical and technological documentation in Polish concerning the manufacture of the offered subject matter of the contract, containing at least the following information: a description of the subject matter of the contract; drawing(s); technical requirements containing, inter alia: a list of components, a list of materials and accessories necessary to manufacture the subject matter of the contract; a description of the method of manufacturing the subject matter of the contract and its marking; a size chart; a description of the method of packaging and storage; c) to confirm the compliance of the supplies offered with the characteristics or criteria specified in the description of the tender evaluation criteria, the Contractor is required to submit, together with the tender, a sample of the offered uniform item in the first quality grade, i.e.: Special Jacket with WZD liner in size T/L (men’s) for height 179-184, chest circumference 105-110, waist circumference 95-100.
