The subject matter of the contract is: Provision of individual psychological and psychotherapeutic consultation services for prospective adoptive parents and adoptive parents, divided into lots: Lot 1: Individual psychological consultation service for prospective adoptive parents in Zamość, ul. Kolegiacka 3, 22-400 Zamość. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. Lot 2: Individual psychological consultation service for prospective adoptive parents at the Representative Office of the Adoption Centre in Biała Podlaska. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. Lot 3: Individual psychological consultation service for prospective adoptive parents at the Representative Office of the Adoption Centre in Chełm. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1.3 to the SWZ. Lot 4: Individual psychological consultation service for adoptive parents in Zamość, ul. The contracting authority permits tenders to be submitted for any number of lots. Preparing prospective adoptive parents to consciously and responsibly accept a child who has experienced the severing of bonds, trauma, and loss, and opening prospective parents to the adoption of children with disabilities or older children.
