Poland – Public road transport services – Transport of primary school and preschool pupils to and from schools and preschools in the Municipality of Okonek from 01.09.2026 to 30.06.2027, and transport of pupils with disabilities to and from the Special Educational and Care Centre in Jastrowie

Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the provision of services involving: 1) transporting pupils to and from schools and preschools in the Municipality of Okonek, including the provision of care during journeys, 2) transporting pupils with disabilities to and from the Special Educational and Care Centre in Jastrowie and the Therapeutic Primary School in Szczecinek, as well as other institutions depending on needs, including the provision of care during journeys, 3) transporting children aged 2.5 to 5 to and from preschools in the Municipality of Okonek, including the provision of care. Preschool-age children will be transported to the respective preschools, i.e.: a) to the “Jedyneczka” Non-Public Creative Preschool in Okonek – stop at ul. Spółdzielców, b) to the “Pszczółka Maja” Non-Public Preschool in Okonek – stops at ul. Stockelsdorf and by the Sports Hall, c) to the Maria Konopnicka Municipal Preschool in Okonek, at ul. Spokojna by the preschool, hereinafter referred to as the Institutions. The detailed organization of transport to and from the Institutions, specifying the number of pupils and children on each route, is provided in Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ. The estimated number of children to be transported in the 2026/2027 school year is 315. The number of children transported may change during the school year. Transport may be provided as part of regular special passenger transport services or regular passenger transport services in domestic road transport, in accordance with the Road Transport Act. In this case, the Contracting Authority finances only the transport of children from the first to the last locality, in accordance with the established routes. The Contracting Authority does not cover the costs of vehicles travelling from and to the Contractor’s depot. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 1,200,000 PLN.
