Opportunity description

3.1. The subject of the contract is the “Provision of transport services for the transportation of pupils to primary schools in the Przemęt Municipality in the 2026/2027 school year as part of regular transport services (purchase of monthly tickets)”. 3.2. The subject of the contract includes the purchase of personalized monthly tickets for pupils commuting from the Przemęt Municipality to primary schools and preschools, for the purpose of using regular passenger transport services in domestic road transport as part of regular routes covering the localities from which pupils commute to educational institutions in the Przemęt Municipality, based on an established timetable for transport lines on designated routes and at designated stops; ticket prices should take into account children’s entitlements to discounts and reduced fares resulting from the provisions of the Act of 20 June 1992 on entitlements to reduced fares on public collective transport (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 380, as amended). 3.3. Educational institutions that will be served under this contract within the boundaries of the established catchment areas and according to the provisionally specified routes and times (Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ): 3.3.1. Edward Tomiński Primary School in Bucz and the Municipal Preschool with an Integration Department in Bucz, catchment area: Barchlin, Biskupice, Bucz, Bucz Nowy, Bucz Dębina, Popowo Stare, Poświętno, Sączkowo, Sokołowice; 3.3.2. School and Preschool Complex in Kluczewo, catchment area: Borek, Siekowo, Kluczewo; 3.3.3. School Complex in Przemęt and the Municipal Preschool in Przemęt, catchment area: Błotnica, Olejnica, Perkowo, Przemęt, Radomierz, Siekówko, Starkowo; 3.3.4. Primary School and Municipal Preschool Complex with an Integration Department in Kaszczor, catchment area: Górsko, Kaszczor, Osłonin, Wieleń; 3.3.5. John Paul II Primary School in Mochy and the Municipal Preschool with an Integration Department in Mochy, Municipal Preschool in Nowa Wieś, catchment area: Nowa Wieś, Mochy, Solec, Solec Nowy.
