The subject matter of the contract is the supply of 20 low-floor electric-powered city buses for the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk. The procedure consists of 2 parts of the contract, each of which may be the subject of a partial tender. The contract is divided into parts as follows: 1) part 1 – supply of 8 standard low-floor city buses (MAXI vehicles) powered by electricity, 2) part 2 – supply of 12 high-capacity articulated low-floor city buses (MEGA vehicles) powered by electricity. Important! Performance of the contract in part 1 and part 2 is conditional upon obtaining funding from the FENX.03.01 "Urban Transport - buses and trolleybuses" programme under action 3.1. "Urban Rolling Stock" - bus fleet. 1. The subject matter of the contract in Part 1 is the supply of 8 standard low-floor city buses powered by electricity (hereinafter MAXI vehicle). 2. The vehicles offered must be new buses, manufactured in the year of delivery by a single manufacturer, with technical and operational parameters compliant with the Procedure documentation. For each bus, the Contractor shall provide a guarantee and statutory warranty on the same terms. 3. The buses offered may not be prototype products. 4. A detailed description for part 1 of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 7A to the contract specifications. Important! Performance of the contract in part 1 is conditional upon obtaining funding from the FENX.03.01 "Urban Transport - buses and trolleybuses" programme under action 3.1. "Urban Rolling Stock" - bus fleet. 5. Statements, applications, notices or information received by the Contracting Authority shall be deemed to have been submitted within the time limit if their legible content reaches the Contracting Authority before the expiry of that time limit. The date on which statements, applications, notices and information are received on the Platform shall be deemed their date of receipt. 1. The vehicles offered must be new buses, manufactured in the year of delivery by a single manufacturer, with technical and operational parameters compliant with the Procedure documentation.
