Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the “Supply of two electric buses”. 2. This contract is co-financed with the participation of funds from the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027 programme, Priority: European Funds for urban mobility in Lower Silesia, project title “Construction of infrastructure for clean urban transport.” 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Detailed description of the subject of the contract. 4. The Contracting Authority indicates that the subject of the contract will be made available for use to an operator selected in a separate procedure. In connection with the above, the Contractor may not exclude from the guarantee and statutory warranty liability for detected defects, faults and failures arising during the use of the subject of the contract by that operator. 5.
