1. The subject of this contract is: “Purchase of 2 low-floor electric buses adapted for persons with disabilities and an electric vehicle charging station” as part of the project “Purchase of low-emission buses for public transport in Braniewo”. 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) the purchase and delivery of 2 low-floor electric buses adapted for persons with disabilities for the needs of public transport in Braniewo, and 2) the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of 1 electric vehicle charging station for the purpose of charging electric buses used for public transport in Braniewo. 3. The minimum requirements for the buses and the vehicle charging station that are the subject of the contract have been specified in detail in the annex to these SWZ. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) constitutes Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. Procedure: open.
