Specification of the anticipated contract award procedure: The procedure referred to in Article 5(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 concerning public passenger transport services by rail and by road and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No 1191/69 and (EEC) No 1107/70, and in Article 19(1)(1) of the Act on Public Collective Transport. Specification of the transport lines or transport network on which the services will be provided: Operation of public collective transport in rail services on the following transport lines: a. Gdańsk Śródmieście - Gdańsk Główny - Gdynia Główna - Rumia - Reda – Wejherowo, b. Gdańsk Główny/Gdańsk Wrzeszcz – Gdańsk Port Lotniczy - Gdańsk Osowa - Gdynia Główna, c. Gdynia Główna/Tczew - Starogard Gdański - Chojnice, d. Kościerzyna - Gdynia, e. Kościerzyna - Gdańsk Wrzeszcz - Gdańsk Główny, f. Kartuzy - Gdynia Główna, g. Kartuzy - Gdańsk Wrzeszcz - Gdańsk Główny, h. Hel - Władysławowo - Reda - Gdynia Główna, i. Chojnice - Człuchów - Czarne – Szczecinek – Miastko – Kępice – Słupsk, j. Chojnice – Lipusz – Kościerzyna, k. Chojnice – Bukowo Człuchowskie (-Piła Główna), l. Gdynia Główna/Lębork – Łeba, Anticipated period for which the contract will be awarded: a period beginning no earlier than 10 December 2028 and lasting no later than 11 December 2032. Anticipated date of commencement of the procedure: The contract award procedure is expected to commence no earlier than 01.09.2027.
