Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is: modernization of audiovisual equipment in the auditoriums and lecture halls of the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics of the University of Gdańsk. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) classification codes: 32000000-3 (radio, television, communication, telecommunication and related equipment), 32420000-3 (network equipment), 51600000-8 (installation services of computers and office equipment). 3. The contract includes: 1) delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment, 2) training of 2 employees of the Contracting Authority in the proper operation of the equipment (training duration: minimum 2 hours). The Contractor is obliged to conduct the training at the place of installation of the equipment, no later than by the deadline referred to in Chapter IV of the SWZ. 4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in the description of the subject matter of the contract – Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 5. Place of delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment: Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics of the University of Gdańsk, ul. Wita Stwosza 57, 80-308 Gdańsk. 6. The Contracting Authority requires a warranty for the equipment for a period of 60 months. Details concerning the warranty are contained in § 7 of the draft agreement – Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 1. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of conducting a site visit. The date of the site visit must be agreed with the Contracting Authority. 8. After signing the agreement, the Contracting Authority intends to apply for a 0% VAT rate pursuant to Article 83(14)(1) of the Act of 11 March 2004 on tax on goods and services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 775, as amended) – applies to wireless data transmission devices and interactive monitors.
