The subject matter of the contract is a complete service for the removal and disposal of all waste abandoned in the hall at ul. Dojazdowa 11 in Gliwice (plot with registration number 64/2, Nowe Gliwice precinct). The task consists of the removal (including loading and transport) and disposal of the waste covered by the contract, in compliance with applicable laws and in a manner that is safe for the environment, at an installation or installations for carrying out the D-10 process (thermal treatment on land), with capacities ensuring the disposal of this waste within the agreed time. The task must be performed in accordance with applicable waste management regulations. The estimated mass of waste intended for removal and disposal is 1500 Mg. The Contractor will receive remuneration for the actual quantity of waste removed and disposed of in the D-10 process. The Contracting Authority will enable Contractors interested in this contract to conduct a site visit of the hall at ul. Dojazdowa 11 in Gliwice. The visit with the participation of Contractors will take place on 27.08.2026 at 10:00. A Contractor interested in participating in the visit should notify the Contracting Authority in writing of its intention to participate, no later than 12:00 on the day preceding the above-mentioned date, at the following e-mail address: sr@um.gliwice.pl. At the designated time of the site visit, a representative of the Contracting Authority will allow Contractors to enter the property at ul. Dojazdowa 11 in Gliwice. The representative of the Contracting Authority will not provide any information or answer any questions from Contractors conducting the visit. The Contractor may formulate any doubts concerning the subject matter of the contract in a request for clarification of the contents of the specification (SWZ). A Contractor participating in the site visit assumes full responsibility for ensuring the occupational health and safety of persons who will conduct the visit on behalf of the Contractor. At the same time, we inform you that during the site visit the Contractor will not be able to collect waste samples. The Contracting Authority informs that submitting a tender without conducting the site visit referred to above will not result in rejection of the tender pursuant to Article 226(1)(18) of the Pzp Act. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. The additional scope of the contract (option) includes: removal from the hall, transport and disposal in the D10 process of a maximum of 75 Mg of waste. The Contracting Authority anticipates exercising the option if the basic contract is completed in 100% and waste still remains in the hall. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise the option pursuant to Article 441(1) of the Pzp Act. The subject matter of the contract under the option right is the performance of a service with the same scope as under the basic contract. The Contracting Authority stipulates that performance of part of the contract under the option right is an entitlement and not an obligation of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority may refrain from exercising the option right or exercise it to a lesser extent, and the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims on this account. The Contracting Authority anticipates the possibility of exercising the option right during the term of the contract. If the Contracting Authority exercises the option right, the Contractor is obliged to perform it under the conditions specified in the contract. The Contracting Authority will inform the Contractor in writing of the exercise of the option right with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Procedure: open.
