Opportunity description

1. The subject of the Contract is the supply, in 2027 and 2028, of rails: 1) with profiles 49E1 and 60E1 made of R260 steel, with manufacturing tolerance X and straightness and flatness class A. 2) with profiles 49E1 and 60E1 made of R350HT steel, with manufacturing tolerance X and straightness and flatness class A. Task 1 – covers the supply, in 2027 and 2028, within the scope of basic (minimum) supplies, of rails with profile 49E1 with a total length of 29 730 m made of R260 steel and a total length of 210 m made of R350HT steel, in 30 m-long sections, to the location specified in the Delivery Schedule, i.e. in Annex No. 1 to the OPZ; Task 2 – covers the supply, in 2027 and 2028, within the scope of basic (minimum) supplies, of rails with profile 60E1 with a total length of 25 440 m made of R260 steel and a total length of 1740 m made of R350HT steel, in 30 m-long sections, to the location specified in the Delivery Schedule, i.e. in Annex No. 2 to the OPZ; Task 3 – covers the supply, in 2027 and 2028, within the scope of basic (minimum) supplies, of rails with profile 49E1 made of R260 steel with a total length of 6 225 m, in 75 m-long sections, and permits the following variant tenders: Variant I – 6 264 m of rails with profile 49E1 made of R260 steel, in 108 m-long sections; Variant II – 6 360 m of rails with profile 49E1 made of R260 steel, in 120 m-long sections; to the location specified in the Delivery Schedule, i.e. Annexes No. 3, 3a, 3b to the OPZ. The Contractor may submit only one tender for the basic task or Variant I or Variant II Task 4 – covers the supply, in 2027 and 2028, within the scope of basic (minimum) supplies, of rails with profile 60E1 made of R260 steel with a total length of 16 350 m, in 75 m-long sections, and permits the following variant tenders: Variant I – 16 500 m of rails with profile 60E1 made of R260 steel, in 100 m-long sections; Variant II – 16 524 m of rails with profile 60E1 made of R260 steel, in 108 m-long sections; Variant III – 16 320 m of rails with profile 60E1 made of R260 steel, in 120 m-long sections; to the location specified in the Delivery Schedule, i.e. Annexes No. 4,4a, 4b,4c to the OPZ. The Contractor may submit only one tender for the basic task or Variant I or Variant I or Variant III.; Task 5 – covers the supply, in 2027 and 2028, within the scope of basic (minimum) supplies, of rails with profile 49E1 made of R260 steel with a total length of 128 640 m, in 120 m-long sections, to the location specified in the Delivery Schedule, i.e. in Annex No. 5 to the OPZ. Variant I – 128 424 m of rails with profile 49E1 made of R260 steel, in 108 m-long sections; Task 6 – covers the supply, in 2027 and 2028, within the scope of basic (minimum) supplies, of rails with profile and 60E1 made of R260 steel with a total length of 95 520 m, in 120 m-long sections, to the location specified in the Delivery Schedule, i.e. in Annex No. 6 to the OPZ. Variant I – 96 012 m of rails with profile 60E1 made of R260 steel, in 108 m-long sections; Variant II – 95 800 m of rails with profile 60E1 made of R260 steel, in 100 m-long sections; Task 7 – covers the supply, in 2027 and 2028, within the scope of basic (minimum) supplies, of rails with profile 49E1 made of R350HT steel with a total length of 7 680 m, in 120 m-long sections, to the location specified in the Delivery Schedule, i.e. in Annex No. 7 to the OPZ; Task 8 – covers the supply, in 2027 and 2028, within the scope of basic (minimum) supplies, of rails with profile 60E1 made of R350HT steel with a total length of 21 360 m, in 120 m-long sections, to the location specified in the Delivery Schedule, i.e. in Annex No. 8 to the OPZ.
