Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract in this tender procedure is the supply of reagents, control materials and consumables (hereinafter referred to as the goods) together with the lease of an analyzer for POCT testing and a refrigerator (hereinafter referred to as the leased items), compliant with the assortment and quantities specified in the Assortment and Price Form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with the Offer Form constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and the Technical Parameters constituting Appendix 1a to the SWZ. 2. Pursuant to Article 139 of the Act, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders and then conduct the eligibility assessment of the Contractor whose tender receives the highest evaluation, with respect to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 3. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the Contractor conducting a site visit. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 275,816 PLN.
