1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the Temporary Employment Agency assigning persons to perform temporary work for MPK w Poznaniu Sp. z o.o., which consists in driving bus vehicles owned by the Contracting Authority in regular urban transport on established transport routes within the area of the Contracting Authority’s transport operations and on closed transport services operated by the Contracting Authority, e.g. as tram or rail replacement services, in a maximum quantity of 69 120 working hours (depending on the Contracting Authority’s needs), divided into two tasks of 34 560 working hours each: 1) TASK I - assignment of 10 temporary workers – no later than within max. 2 weeks from signing the contract 2) TASK II - assignment of 10 temporary workers – no later than within max. 3 weeks from signing the contract 2. During the term of the contract, the Contractor shall assign no fewer than 10 active temporary workers actually performing temporary work to provide the service under each task and shall ensure their availability: 2.1. on working days – no fewer than 8 temporary workers available, to staff min. 8 transport duties indicated by the Contracting Authority, 2.2. on Saturdays/Sundays and public holidays – no fewer than 7 temporary workers available, to staff min. 7 transport duties indicated by the Contracting Authority, whereby the temporary workers shall be available on individual days to provide the service on shifts indicated by the Contracting Authority according to its needs (all shifts), taking into account the provisions of the Act on Drivers’ Working Time. 1. During the term of the contract, the Contractor shall assign no fewer than 10 active temporary workers actually performing temporary work to provide the service under each task and shall en-sure their availability: 1.1. on working days – no fewer than 8 temporary workers available, to staff min. 8 transport duties indicated by the Contracting Authority, 1.2. on Saturdays/Sundays and public holidays – no fewer than 7 temporary workers available, to staff min. 7 transport duties indicated by the Contracting Authority, whereby the temporary workers shall be available on individual days to provide the service on shifts indicated by the Contracting Authority according to its needs (all shifts), taking into account the provisions of the Act on Drivers’ Working Time. 1.
