Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is: SUPPLY OF FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT – PARTS IX, X, XI according to the assortment and quantity list contained in the tender form in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. Note!!! This contract is being awarded in three (III) parts, each of which constitutes the subject matter of a separate contract award procedure, designated by the following case numbers: - Part I - MAT/90/MT/2026 - Part II - MAT/90/DB/2026 - Part III - MAT/90/AW/2026 and comprising a total of 11 (eleven) parts. This procedure MAT/90/AW/2026 comprises 3 (three) parts of the entire contract, including: parts 9, 10, and 11 of the contract. The draft contract provisions constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ apply to all 11 (eleven) parts of the entire contract awarded in parts. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the requirements pertaining thereto are set out in the Draft Contract Provisions (with appendices) constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
