Purchase of a mobile ice rink together with the necessary infrastructure in the Municipality of the City of Jarosław as part of the project “Physical renewal of public spaces of the Municipalities of the Jarosław–Przeworsk Functional Urban Area”. The scope of the task includes the performance of all work necessary for the proper functioning of the mobile ice rink that is the subject of the contract, in accordance with applicable laws and standards. The subject of the contract includes: Mobile ice rink components. Purchase and delivery of an uncovered mobile ice rink measuring 20x30 m together with the components necessary for its commissioning. The Contracting Authority will provide an electrical power connection in the form of an electrical box adjacent to the ice rink and a water intake point for the needs of the ice rink. Installation of the purchased ice rink measuring 20x30 m together with the components necessary for its operation. - Commissioning of the ice rink, including filling the refrigeration system and creating an ice surface of the required minimum thickness of 6 - 8cm. - Training of persons designated by the Contracting Authority in the proper operation and safe handling of the ice rink, and provision of operating and maintenance instructions for the facility and individual devices. - Servicing of the ice rink in accordance with the warranty provisions contained in the contract. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract includes: Mobile ice rink components. Purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of an uncovered mobile ice rink measuring 20x30 m together with the components necessary for its commissioning: - Modular freezing system for a mobile ice rink with an area of 600 m2. The system is laid out on a flat, level and hardened surface. The systems must be constructed in accordance with the safety requirements of PN-ISO 5149-1997 “Mechanical refrigerating systems used for cooling and heating. Safety requirements” and PN-72/M-04601. All devices and materials used in the implementation of the refrigeration system must be approved for use in construction and have the appropriate energy, safety, UDT and CE certificates. - Refrigeration system. Refrigeration system designed specifically for a 600 m2 ice rink surface, with the manifolds located on the shorter side of the ice rink. Ice rink installation made of PEHD 16 mm x 2.0 mm pipes in a Tichelmann configuration. Manifolds connected using VICTAULIC-type clamps. The pipes should circulate the medium that freezes the water on the ice rink surface – 35% ethylene glycol. The ice rink refrigeration coil should be made of polyethylene pipes with a diameter of not less than 16 mm, with an axial spacing of not less than 60 mm, in a U-shape – the pipes secured using strips spaced not less than 1.0 m apart. The manifolds in the refrigeration system are to operate in a Tichelmann configuration in order to equalize the pressure and temperature of the refrigerating fluid across the entire ice rink surface. - Chiller unit with pump module. The production of cooling required to freeze the ice rink surface will be carried out by a factory-assembled and tested chilled-water unit with an air-cooled condenser. The device will be supplied with a full operating charge of environmentally friendly R454B refrigerant with a low GWP=465 and oil. The device will be constructed on the basis of hermetic scroll compressors. The unit panels, frames and exposed steel surfaces will be protected with a durable paint coating. Corrosion resistance will be 675 h in the salt spray test. The electrical panel will be made of galvanized steel and will have an IP54 protection rating. The device will be factory-tested in accordance with EN14511 standards, and its performance will be certified by Eurovent. The unit will comply with all applicable EU Ecodesign regulations in accordance with Framework Directive ErP 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament.
