The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of the collection, transport and management of municipal waste originating from owners of inhabited properties located within the territory of the Miedźna Municipality, covering: a) single-family residential developments, b) areas developed with multi-unit buildings—the territory of the Wola I and Wola II village districts, c) waste collected and transferred by the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, located in Gilowice at 25 Leśna Street, and permanent collection points (expired medicines and used batteries), d) emptying street litter bins and collecting and managing the municipal waste accumulated in them, located within the village districts of: Miedźna, Grzawa, Góra, Gilowice, Frydek, Wola. The detailed scope of this task has been included and described in the attached OPZ documentation—Annex No. 4 to the SWZ—OPZ, which, together with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ—the model contract, constitutes a detailed description of the subject of the contract.
