Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Collection and management of municipal waste from properties located within the Municipality of Będzino and collection and management of waste from the PSZOK

Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services consisting of the collection and management of municipal waste. Three tasks have been distinguished within the subject matter of the contract: Task No. 1 – the municipal waste collection service, comprising the transport of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and biodegradable waste to the facility indicated by the Contracting Authority, as well as the management of other selectively collected municipal waste originating from owners of inhabited properties and properties that are partly inhabited properties and partly properties where no residents live, from the Municipality of Będzino; Task No. 2 – collection of municipal waste gathered at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), located at Będzino 17A, comprising the transport of biodegradable waste to the facility indicated by the Contracting Authority and the management of the other waste fractions covered by this task; Task No. 3 – the municipal waste collection service, comprising the transport of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and biodegradable waste to the facility indicated by the Contracting Authority, as well as the management of other selectively collected municipal waste originating from owners of uninhabited properties and properties used only during part of the year on which summer houses or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes are located, situated within the Municipality of Będzino. A. Task No. 1 – the scope of the contract includes: 1. collection and management at the facility indicated by the Contracting Authority of the following municipal waste: a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste; b) biodegradable waste collected selectively in containers or bags (including Christmas trees). 2. collection and management of the following municipal waste collected selectively in containers or bags, comprising: a) glass packaging, glass, b) paper and cardboard packaging, paper and cardboard, c) plastic packaging, mixed packaging waste, plastics, B. Task No. 2 – the scope of the contract includes the collection of municipal waste from the PSZOK and the transport of biodegradable waste to the facility indicated by the Contracting Authority, as well as the management of the other waste fractions covered by this task – in accordance with the OPZ. C. Task No. 3 – the scope of the contract includes: 1. collection and management at the facility indicated by the Contracting Authority of the following municipal waste: a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste; b) biodegradable waste collected selectively in containers or bags (including Christmas trees). 2. collection and management of waste collected selectively in containers or bags, comprising: a) glass packaging, glass, b) paper and cardboard packaging, paper and cardboard, c) plastic packaging, mixed packaging waste, plastics. D. Contract performance period a) Task No. 1 – from the date of signing the contract, but no earlier than 01.10.2026, until 31.12.2028; b) Task No. 2 – from the date of signing the contract, but no earlier than 01.10.2026, until 31.12.2028; c) Task No. 3 – from 01.01.2027 until 31.12.2028. E. As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor shall provide the PSZOK and the properties covered by the system, free of charge, with bags and containers for the selective collection of waste and mixed municipal waste – within the time limits and in the quantities specified in the OPZ. The Contractor shall also equip the PSZOK with an additional compactor container. A detailed description of the Contracting Authority’s requirements is provided in the OPZ (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ).
