Opportunity description

1. The subject of the negotiations will be the terms and conditions for the performance of the contract described below and the price for the collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12 (oversize fraction), originating from the mechanical processing of municipal waste, including bulky waste, which is not hazardous, inert or biodegradable waste. 2. The waste will be offered in the following form: loose. The Contractor will collect the above-mentioned waste from the Contracting Authority from the following facility: Municipal Waste Disposal Plant (ZUOK), ul. P. Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn. 3. The quantity of waste with code 19 12 12 (oversize fraction), originating from the mechanical processing of municipal waste, intended for collection and management under the basic contract, is 1600 Mg. 4. The Contracting Authority has no influence over the volume of the incoming waste stream due to its high variability. In the event of an increase in the waste stream or prolonged failures of facilities collecting waste from the Contracting Authority under other contracts/orders, the Contracting Authority permits the use of the option referred to in Art. 441(1) of the PZP Act, consisting of increasing the quantity of waste with code 19 12 12 (oversize fraction) intended for collection and management by an additional 1600 Mg. 5. Taking the above into account, the total quantity of waste intended for collection and management is 3200 Mg, including: for the basic contract: 1600 Mg and for the contract under the option: up to 1600 Mg.
