Opportunity description

1.This agreement is a framework agreement within the meaning of Art. 311(1) of the Public Procurement Law and specifies the conditions for the provision and performance by the Contractor of the service of collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12, hereinafter referred to as the “subject of the agreement”, during the term of the agreement on the basis of specific contracts. 2.Under the framework agreement, the successive collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12 will take place from the following facilities managed by the Contracting Authority under specific contracts in the estimated quantity of: Task 1 - 20 000 Mg- total quantity of waste to be collected during the term of the agreement , Task 2 - 12 000 Mg - total quantity of waste to be collected during the term of the agreement, Task 3 - 18 000 Mg -total quantity of waste to be collected during the term of the agreement , Task 4 - 10 000 Mg - total quantity of waste to be collected during the term of the agreement.A detailed description of the subject matter is contained in the procurement documents, i.e. in the SWZ. 1. This agreement is a framework agreement within the meaning of Art. 311(1) of the Public Procurement Law and specifies the conditions for the provision and performance by the Contractor of the service of collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12, hereinafter referred to as the “subject of the agreement”, during the term of the agreement on the basis of specific contracts. 2. Under the framework agreement, the successive collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12 will take place from Z/I in Bełchatów, 14 and 16 Przemysłowa Street, in the quantity of 10 000 Mg - total quantity of waste to be collected during the performance period of the agreement. 3.
