Under the concluded contract, the Contractor will provide comprehensive services for the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from the town of Busko-Zdrój and 47 village administrative districts: Baranów, Bilczów, Biniątki, Błoniec, Bronina, Budzyń, Chotelek, Dobrowoda, Elżbiecin, Galów, Gadawa, Janina, Kameduły, Kawczyce, Kołaczkowice, Kostki Duże, Kostki Małe, Kotki, Las Winiarski, Łagiewniki, Mikułowice, Młyny, Nowy Folwark, Nowa Wieś, Oleszki, Olganów, Owczary, Palonki, Pęczelice, Podgaje, Radzanów, Ruczynów, Siesławice, Skorzów, Słabkowice, Służów, Skotniki Duże, Skotniki Małe, Szaniec, Szczaworyż, Wełecz, Widuchowa, Wolica, Zbludowice, Zbrodzice, Zwierzyniec and Żerniki Górne. The collection and management of municipal waste applies to all properties inhabited by residents and properties not inhabited by residents in cases where owners of uninhabited properties voluntarily join the municipal waste management system, in a manner ensuring the achievement of the appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, as well as a reduction in the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), the provisions of the regional Waste Management Plan, and the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Busko-Zdrój. The services include the supply of containers for the selective collection of municipal waste to waste collection points at multi-family residential properties, as well as the continuous supply of bags for the selective collection of municipal waste at single-family and homestead properties to all recipients indicated by the Contracting Authority.
