The subject of the contract is the successive collection and management of waste with codes 19 12 12, i.e. other waste (including mixtures of materials and objects) from the mechanical treatment of waste other than that mentioned in 19 12 11, waste with code 19 12 10, i.e.

The subject of the contract is the successive collection and management of waste with codes 19 12 12, i.e. other waste (including mixtures of materials and objects) from the mechanical treatment of waste other than that mentioned in 19 12 11, waste with code 19 12 10, i.e. combustible waste (refuse-derived fuel), and waste with codes 20 01 10 and 20 01 11, originating from Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów Nowy Dwór Sp. z o. o., which has been divided into five parts. Part 1 – covering the collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12 (oversize fraction after the processing of mixed municipal waste) a) the waste must be transported and then managed in facilities holding decisions authorizing the processing of this waste in a recovery process, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in this regard and the recovery processes specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699). b) waste will be collected using transport organized by the Contractor and at its expense, including the costs of carriage, insurance for the duration of transport, and unloading. c) the quantity of waste is approximately 8 000 Mg during the term of the contract. The monthly quantity is approximately 667 Mg, while the weekly quantity is approximately 167 Mg. These are estimated quantities provided as guidance for preparing the tender, with 8 000 Mg being the indicative quantity for collection and recovery, which may be increased by 15 %. The Contracting Authority is not required to perform the subject of the contract in full. Waste collection will result from the Contracting Authority’s current needs. d) The Contracting Authority stipulates that the stated quantity of the subject of the contract is a forecast quantity and depends on the Contracting Authority’s needs. The foregoing does not result in withdrawal from the contract or a change to its terms. If the Contracting Authority exercises the above option, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim on this account, which it hereby waives. e) the waste constitutes post-sorting material (ballast) originating from the mechanical treatment of mixed municipal waste on the sorting line. f) the waste is free of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, which are captured by a metal separator (for ferrous metals) and separated manually in sorting cabins (for non-ferrous metals). g) waste generated in the mechanical process is stored loose under a roof and will be loaded in this form onto the provided means of transport. The average weight of 1 m3 of waste is approximately 0.25 Mg. This is an indicative value intended to enable the Contractor to calculate costs and does not constitute grounds for any claims on this account. h) the average load weight for moving-floor trailers is approximately 20-22 Mg. i) The minimum guaranteed mass of waste per moving-floor means of transport is 17 Mg. Part 2 – covering the collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12 (shredded bulky waste) a) the waste must be transported and then managed in facilities holding decisions authorizing the processing of this waste in a recovery process, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in this regard and the recovery processes specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699). b) waste will be collected using transport organized by the Contractor and at its expense, including the costs of carriage, insurance for the duration of transport, and unloading. c) the quantity of waste is approximately 2 200 Mg during the term of the contract. The monthly quantity is approximately 183 Mg, while the weekly quantity is approximately 46 Mg. These are estimated quantities provided as guidance for preparing the tender, with 2 200 Mg being the indicative quantity for collection and recovery, which may be increased by 15 %. The Contracting Authority is not required to perform the subject of the contract in full. Waste collection will result from the Contracting Authority’s current needs. d) The Contracting Authority stipulates that the stated quantity of the subject of the contract is a forecast quantity and depends on the Contracting Authority’s needs. If the Contracting Authority exercises the above option, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim on this account, which it hereby waives. e) The waste constitutes material originating from the shredding of bulky waste using a mobile twin-shaft shredder f) the waste is free of ferrous metals, which are captured by a metal separator installed on the shredder’s discharge conveyor. g) waste generated during shredding is stored loose in the yard and will be loaded in this form onto the provided means of transport. The average weight of 1 m3 of waste is approximately 0.20 Mg. This is an indicative value intended to enable the Contractor to calculate costs and does not constitute grounds for any claims on this account. h) the average load weight for moving-floor trailers is approximately 18-20 Mg. i) The minimum guaranteed mass of waste per moving-floor means of transport is 16 Mg. Part 3 – covering the collection and management of waste with code 19 12 10 - RDF, produced from post-sorting (ballast) material following the processing of mixed municipal waste with code 20 03 01 (the so-called black bag). a) the waste must be transported and then managed in facilities holding decisions authorizing the processing of this waste in the R12 or R1 recovery process, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in this regard and the recovery processes specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1834, as amended). b) waste will be collected using transport organized by the Contractor and at its expense, including the costs of carriage, insurance for the duration of transport, and unloading. c) the indicative quantity of waste is approximately 3 500 Mg during the term of the contract. The monthly quantity is approximately 583 Mg, while the weekly quantity is approximately 146 Mg. These are estimated quantities provided as guidance for preparing the tender, with 3 500 Mg being the indicative quantity for collection and management, which may be increased by 15 %. The Contracting Authority is not required to perform the subject of the contract in full. Waste collection will result from the Contracting Authority’s current needs. d) The Contracting Authority stipulates that the stated quantity of the subject of the contract is a forecast quantity and depends on the Contracting Authority’s needs. The foregoing does not result in withdrawal from the contract or a change to its terms. If the Contracting Authority exercises the above option, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim on this account, which it hereby waives. e) The refuse-derived fuel was produced on an RDF production line from post-sorting (ballast) material from mixed municipal waste (black bag). The size of the shredded fraction is approximately 40 mm, with a calorific value above 17 MJ/Mg. f) the waste is free of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, which are captured by metal separators; PVC is sorted manually. g) waste generated in the mechanical process is stored loose under a roof and will be loaded in this form onto the provided means of transport. The average weight of 1 m3 of waste is approximately 0.26 Mg. This is an indicative value intended to enable the Contractor to calculate costs and does not constitute grounds for any claims on this account. h) The Contracting Authority does not provide for the requirements referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Law. Part 4 – covering the collection and management of waste with code 19 12 10 - RDF, produced from post-sorting material from separately collected waste a) The waste must be transported and then managed in facilities holding decisions authorizing the processing of this waste in the R12 or R1 recovery process, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in this regard and the recovery processes specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1834, as amended). b) waste will be collected using transport organized by the Contractor and at its expense, including the costs of carriage, insurance for the duration of transport, and unloading. c) the indicative quantity of waste is approximately 1 500 Mg during the term of the contract. The monthly quantity is approximately 250 Mg, while the weekly quantity is approximately 63 Mg. These are estimated quantities provided as guidance for preparing the tender, with 1500 Mg being the indicative quantity for collection and management, which may be increased by 15 %. The Contracting Authority is not required to perform the subject of the contract in full. Waste collection will result from the Contracting Authority’s current needs. d) The Contracting Authority stipulates that the stated quantity of the subject of the contract is a forecast quantity and depends on the Contracting Authority’s needs. The foregoing does not result in withdrawal from the contract or a change to its terms. This is an indicative value intended to enable the Contractor to calculate costs and does not constitute grounds for any claims on this account. Part 5 – covering the collection and management of waste with codes 20 01 10 (Clothing) and 20 01 11 (Textiles) a) The waste must be transported and then managed in accordance with the applicable legal provisions at a facility holding a decision authorizing the processing of this waste in the R1 or R12 recovery process, as specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1834, as amended). If the Contractor envisages subjecting the waste to recycling in the R3 and/or R5 process, this must be indicated in the tender form. b) Waste will be collected using transport organized by the Contractor and at its expense, including the costs of carriage, insurance for the duration of transport, and unloading. c) The quantity of waste is approximately 800 Mg during the term of the contract, with the estimated quantity of waste with code 20 01 10 (Clothing) amounting to approximately 80 %, and waste with code 20 01 11 (Textiles) amounting to approximately 20 %. The Contracting Authority is not required to perform the subject of the contract in full. d) The waste is stored loose and/or in bags under a roof and will be loaded in this form onto the provided means of transport. e) The average loading weight for a moving-floor trailer (90m3) is 15-18 Mg. f) The average loading weight for a tipper trailer (50m3?) is approximately 8 – 10 Mg.
